As Director of the Office of Corporate Business Operations, Ms. Dillon is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Office of Management’s (MA’s) human resources, budget, financial management, program execution, Information Technology, the Department's Conference Management, and administrative management processes.  The overarching mission of the Office of Corporate Business Operations is to provide leadership and centralized management and direction for MA’s financial and administrative processes ensuring that they are effective, fully integrated and consistent with the Department-wide processes and requirements.

Ms. Dillon has been with the Department of Energy since 1980 where she has served as a Budget and Program Analyst in the Office of Policy and the Office of Management of Administration.  Previously, she also served as the Director of Executive Operations and Support in the Office of Management, Budget and Evaluation/Chief Financial Officer (OMBE/CFO) where she was responsible for overseeing OMBE/CFO’s budget and finance, human resources, Inspector General/Government Accountability Office (IG/GAO) and administrative processes.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from South Carolina State University, and has completed graduate studies in Public Administration at the American University.
