Course Title: Enhanced Earned Value Analysis Using PARS II

Course Description: This course will provide FPDs, contractor project managers, and their respective project control staffs information and best practices relative to PARS II functionality, business rules, reporting and analysis capabilities, as well as enhanced understanding of EV surveillance and analysis techniques, that coupled together will enhance their ability to manage capital asset projects.

Course Objective: Explain the business rules underpinning the data and documentation requirements of PARS II Provide an understanding of the many types of standard EV performance analysis reports in PARS II and how to request custom reports Enhance EV analysis capabilities by reviewing case studies and other example data utilizing the PARS II environment Explain the new risk-based, data-driven EVMS surveillance process Share best practices concerning PARS II and EVMS procedures and implementation across the complex
