During this webinar, attendees will learn about the primary efforts of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to evaluate, assess, and mitigate the impacts of climate change on their disaster recovery and response programs. Under the Stafford Act, Tribes are eligible to receive direct assistance from FEMA. Tribes can learn from FEMA and others' efforts as they assess, plan, and implement disaster response and recovery plans impacted by a changing climate.
