Energy Projects: Renewable Energy Technologies and Case Studies

Get an overview of the latest renewable energy market and technology trends and hear about unique projects that may present new opportunities for increased deployment of clean energy projects in Alaska Native villages.
Energy Projects: Workforce Development
3:30 to 5:00 p.m
Learn about efforts to encourage and train community members on the skills needed for Alaska Native villages to implement, operate, and maintain renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
To attend these workshops, you must register for the Rural Small Business Conference. Registration is $200 before January 31; $225 prior to February 12; and $250 on site.
About the Conference
The Alaska Village Initiatives 23rd Annual Rural Small Business Conference will bring together rural businesses and leaders and provide networking opportunities, training, and technical information. A focal point of the conference is the Marketplace Tradeshow, which is an opportunity for participants to meet exhibitors and see their showcase of products and services. The theme for this year's event is "Visualizing the Economic Future."
