Follow-on Review of the Status of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Counterintelligence Implementation Plan

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 20001 requires the President to submit to Congress an annual report to include, as a minimum, an audit by the Inspectors General of the Departments of Commerce, Defense, Energy, and State of the policies and procedures of the United States (US) Government with respect to the export of technologies and technical information with potential military applications to countries and entities of concern.
