Miyoshi Stith is the former Director for the Office of Resource Management in the Office of International Affairs (IA) at the U.S. Department of Energy.  Ms. Stith directed staff engaged in professional, technical, and administrative work in support of the Office of International Affairs and the Office of Energy Policy and System Analysis. Ms. Stith was charged with managing issues pertaining to resource-related support activities including managing funds, workforce, security, equipment, and other services. 

Miyoshi Stith came to the position with over 20 years of federal experience, in which 18 of those years were served at the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Land Management where she worked in energy and minerals, budget, environmental quality and protection, and land use planning programs.  Ms. Stith holds a BS degree in geology, a MS in Hazardous Waste Management and an MPA with an environmental policy emphasis.
