Review of the Emergency Response Organization at the Los Alamos National Laboratory

This report provides the results of an independent review of the Los Alamos National Laboratory emergency response organization program that was conducted February 7-9, 2012, by the Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations within the Department of Energy's Office of Health, Safety and Security.  The purpose of the review was to evaluate the laboratory's processes for establishing and maintaining an emergency response organization that has overall responsibility for initial and ongoing emergency response and mitigation.
