The DOE Virtual University (DVU) is the learning and development portal for the department to share and collaborate on learning and development tools, products, services and information; learning and development programs; learning and development training sources; and learning and development policy and guidance. Provide management, oversight, support, and maintenance of DVU activities related to maintaining the site information through college sponsors, providing guidance content and structure. Leverage corporate resources to more effectively and efficiently provide learning and development opportunities across the Department. Best practices between organizations will be shared and showcased. Metrics will be developed to track progress and for continuous improvement.
