DOE ordered The Electrical Design, Development and Implementation Company d/b/a Teddico to pay a $18,994 civil penalty after finding Teddico had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. 218 units of a variety of noncompliant metal halide lamp fixtures basic models. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Teddico.
