DOE reassessed the National Average Sales for Resale Adjustment Factor (NAF), in accordance with Article I.13(k) of the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste. Based on the results of this evaluation, DOE has determined that NAF will remain unchanged at 0.9550.
