DOE ordered Mueller Streamline Co. to pay a $25,000 civil penalty after finding Mueller Streamline had privately labeled and distributed in commerce in the U.S. approximately 17,412 units of model 120-003NL noncompliant faucets. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Mueller Streamline.
