GE urges the department engage in rulmaking to amend the clothes washer test procedure to reflect efficiency standards of large-capacity residential clothes washer machines. GE also urges the DOE to adopt recommended approaches to deal with manufacturers and products impacted by adjusting clothes test load sizes.
