On January 6, 2011, Mike Leaon, Harinder Singh, Ken Rider, and Dennis Beck of the California Energy Commission (CEC) had a telephone conversation with Victor Petrolati of DOE regarding the above referenced proceeding, concerning energy conservation standards for battery chargers and Class A external power supplies.
