DOE ordered Electrolux North America to pay a $6,500 civil penalty after finding Electrolux had failed to certify that certain dishwashers comply with the applicable energy conservation standard. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Electrolux.
