Appendix A. Notice of Inquiry: Preparation of Report to Congress on Price-Anderson Act. 62 Federal Register 68,272 (December 31, 1997)

DOE is requesting public comments concerning the continuation or modification of the provisions of the Price-Anderson Act (the “Act”). These comments will assist the Department in the preparation of a report on the Act to be submitted to Congress by August 1, 1998 as required by the Atomic Energy Act (AEA).
