The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an Application filed May 28, 2015, by Cameron LNG, LLC (Cameron), seeking a long-term multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) up to the equivalent of 515 billion cubic feet of natural gas per year to Free Trade Agreement (FTA) countries.  Authorization is for a 20-year period commencing on the earlier of the date of first export or seven years from the date the authorization is issued. Cameron proposes to export LNG from its LNG terminal site in Calcasieu Parishes, Louisiana to any country that has, or in the future will have, the capacity to import LNG via ocean-going carrier, with which the United States that does not have an FTA requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas.  This Non-FTA application is not additive to Cameron's February 23, 2015 Application (DOE/FE Docket No. 15-36-LNG) seeking to export LNG in the same volume from the same facility for the same time period to FTA countries. A federal register notice for DOE/FE Docket No. 15-90-LNG will be issued.

DOE will consider the following environmental documents:
