Biography

Steele Coddington
EFCOG

Mr. Coddington began his service at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS - formerly Nevada Test Site) in 2000. He joined the Site Services Division in Nevada from his former position as the Project Quality Manager, Naval Submarine Base Bangor, Washington. His initial assignment was to develop the work planning and control process and institutionalize it at the NNSS. He is the Work Planning Manager for National Security Technologies and is the functional area manager for his company's integrated work control program. Mr. Coddington was the lead in the site's governance reform initiative on work control and has been a driving factor in development of a common work control process used by the Joint Laboratory Office in Nevada. 

He has been active in EFCOG for the past thirteen years, first in the Maintenance Subgroup then in the Work Management Subgroup serving as the Subgroup Vice Chair for three years and as Chair for the past two. He was recently recognized by EFCOG for his work on the EFCOG Work Planning & Control Guide. He is a focus area lead in the current Joint Initiative between EFCOG, NNSA, EM and HSS to Improve Work Planning and Control.
