During this October 18, 2016 webinar, presenters Connie Samla of Sacramento Municipal Utility District and Robert Davis and Andrea Wilkerson of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory discussed a pilot study of LED lighting systems in preparation for a planned expansion and renovation at a Sacramento senior-care center.
