The U.S. Department of Energy’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency Kathleen Hogan recently toured the Intertek testing laboratory in Cortland, NY – one of the sites where the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) tests products to ensure that consumers are getting the savings promised by its federal Appliance and Equipment Standards Program.
