Energy service company (ESCO) selection is done by an agency to pursue a proposed project. The selection process begins when an agency issues a request for quote or notice of opportunity (NOO) for its proposed project via the General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy system.

This table lists active NOOs to which qualified ESCOs can respond with an expression of interest (EOI). To pursue these opportunities, eligible ESCOs must access the GSA eBuy system.
