In 2010, the NAABB was formed to further understand the impacts of algae on overall biomass and liquid transportation fuel production. The consortium consisted of 39 partner institutions and primarily focused on feedstock supply, feedstock logistics, and conversion/production pathways. The NAABB recently released a final report detailing accomplishments and insights from the group. The full report consists of three sections: (1) NAABB background and organization, (2) main accomplishments, and (3) summaries of the component projects.
