The College of Learning and Workforce Development's (CLWD) mission is to provide DOE employees with the necessary learning & development information in the areas of acquisition, financial management, project management, leadership, and career development.
The Office of Legacy Management (LM) mission requires a broad range of education, training, and technical skills and the College of Legacy Management (CLM) supports LM’s commitment to improving staff capabilities and encouraging employee development.
