DOE issued a Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty to Royal Centurion, Inc. alleging that Royal Centurion had failed to certify that two dehumidifier basic models (BDH-550 and BDH-450) meet the federal energy conservation standards, as required by DOE regulations.
