Michelle Holiday and Associates (MHA) is an American Indian woman-owned consulting firm based in the greater Washington D.C. area. The firm’s business specializes in governmental affairs, tribal energy, business development, telecommunications, and strategic planning. Ms. Holiday founded the firm after working for over 20 years for Edison International and Southern California Edison (SCE). She has held positions in tribal administration and as a consultant for her tribe, the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.

Ms. Holiday is an instructor at Seminole Tribe of Florida’s  Native Learning Center (NLC), a presenter at the NLC’s Annual Renewable Energy Sustainability Conference, and recently conducted a 3-part energy planning webinar series and podcasts on entrepreneurship and mentoring. In 2019 at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy’s National Tribal Energy Summit (NTES) was one of the breakfast keynote speakers. Ms. Holiday’s remarks highlighted her energy career working in the private sector and with Tribes and the importance of more women in the energy industry and encouraging them to pursue STEM careers in energy.

Ms. Holiday is a current Board of Directors, Walking Shield, Inc., former National Board Member of the Girl Scouts of USA, and former Board of Directors, National Center for Indian Enterprise Development.
