Energy Secretary Moniz Will Host North American Energy Ministers in Trilateral Meeting Focused on Energy Cooperation

WASHINGTON—On December 15, U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz will host a trilateral meeting with Natural Resources Canada Minister Greg Rickford and Mexican Secretary of Energy Pedro Joaquin Coldwell. The trilateral discussions will highlight three key areas, including: 1) North American data collaboration, 2) Mexico’s energy reform and its implications for the North American energy sector, and 3) creating a resilient energy infrastructure for North America. The trilateral meeting will define areas for energy cooperation moving forward and will address a strategic vision for the North American energy community.
